This template goes through a process of onboarding a new hire to the organization. Certain approvals are needed like moving forward with the resume and clearing a background check.

This is the resume of the New Hire which should include all of the relevant information for kicking off the onboarding process:
Send resume to start onboarding
The PM will send the resume to the Hiring Manager.
Meeting to explain rejection
If the New Hire is not approved for any reason the Hiring Manager will schedule some time to explain the rejection to the New Hire. Please include the PM into this meeting if available.
Are we ready to begin the onboarding of this New Hire?
Send onboarding forms
Send the onboarding forms to the New Hire's email.
These are the Onboarding Forms that were sent by the Personnel Specialist.
Complete onboarding forms
The New Hire will complete the onboarding forms.
Completed onboarding forms
These are the completed onboarding forms.
Run background check
The Personnel Specialist will take the information collected in the Onboarding Forms and run a background check on the candidate.

Did the background check come back clear? If not, please move to schedule a meeting to discuss the issues with the New Hire.
