The largest single expense for many businesses these days is the cost of the work force. Attracting and retaining motivated employees -- people dedicated to fulfilling the company mission -- is the greatest continuing challenge companies face. Much of the support we provide arises from common problems:
Too often, the task becomes greater and more complex when management delays tackling questions of compensation and performance. R.T.Green & Associates works with small and medium sized companies to increase results. We are a group of experienced human resources professionals with broad range of accomplishments in the full spectrum of the Human Resources field. Creating systems to encourage the best in personal and team performance is our specialty. Our approach is simple, yet effective. With each client, we take the time to listen to their specific concerns. Then, drawing on a range of resources, we recommend solutions from among the options and alternatives. We are committed to providing excellent, cost effective solutions. In addition to supporting the compensation and performance systems needs of our clients, we provide expertise and skilled services in
As an added feature, we provide guidance in the complex field of international assignments and multinational management. These are a few of our recent collaborations:
We have worked with a wide range of clients including high tech, sales, engineering, manufacturing, not for profit, and distribution companies. Most of our clients are acutely aware of the bottom line, and so are we. We keep our overhead expenses low in order to provide clients with quality services at a realistic rate. Of the many productivity tools available we have tested, TeamFlow is the easiest to use and explain. Clients can see our processes and any discrete roles clearly laid out - the first time, every time. This tool offers a variety of work styles we can adapt to the needs of each situation. Together, we can easily create, track, and improve a process. Clients are aware of all the players who need to be involved, the nature of their contribution, and the timing of their intervention. All of this is simple and easy to update. If needed, the TeamFlow document becomes the first item on a program review agenda. From our perspective, TeamFlow makes our work easier and simpler to explain. For clients, TeamFlow decreases the amount time needed to plan a project and increases their understanding. In short, this product helps create a win-win situation. Recently, a client came to us with these problems:
We diagnosed the need for a compensation review that would require a complete new set of salary ranges, improved communication with workers, a more consistent salary increase program, improved performance evaluations, and supervisory training in delivering salary reviews. In short, this was a compensation makeover. We used TeamFlow throughout the process. As the scope of the program became clearer, we continued fleshing out details for the review and inclusion of the CEO, Human Resources Director and Manufacturing Manager. TeamFlow helped keep track of the "who, what, when" of the program. Part of the top-level TeamFlow worksheet is shown below. The entire model contains eleven TeamFlow worksheets arranged in a hierarchical structure. The tasks which appear as a stacked deck of blue rectangles each have a detail-level worksheet under them.
