Using TeamFlow for ISO-9000

TeamFlow is used by many companies to aid in their preparation for an audit. These pages present a sample of what TeamFlow can do for a company approaching an audit. The materials provided include:

• An Action Planning Checklist -- a list of twenty (20) steps leading to a successful Registration. This list was compiled by Quality Management International of Exton, PA.

• The TeamFlow Process Deployment Flowchart of the QMI ISO Planning process described in the Checklist. This is a live image displayed by TeamFlow's in-browser Java viewer. Click on any team member or process element block to view the detailed information behind that object.

• The TeamFlow Gantt Bar Chart of the QMI ISO Planning process showing times in "Elapsed Weeks" from the start of the process.

• Because TeamFlow knows which Team members are working on which steps of the process, it can quickly and easily pull out only those process steps which belong to a given Team member. TeamFlow's exclusive "Team Gantt" chart shows the schedules of individual Team members. Two Team Gantt charts are shown here:

• Download the ISO Planning Model. You may download the ISO planning model shown here so you can evaluate how TeamFlow can assist in your ISO planning process. Just follow these 7 simple steps:

  1. If you do not already have TeamFlow on your system, download the FREE Evaluation copy of TeamFlow.

  2. Make sure you are connected to the Internet!

  3. Start TeamFlow from your Windows Start menu: Start > Programs > TeamFlow 7 > TeamFlow 7

  4. Select Open URL... from the File menu.

  5. Select HTTP (Read-only) as the Server Type.

  6. Enter "www.teamflow.com/samples/isoplan.tmf" in the URL: field.

  7. Click the Open button.

  TeamFlow will read the ISO Planning model from our web site and display it for you. You may save a copy on your local disk by selecting Save As File... from the File menu.
