TeamFlow®

The world's best-selling pure Deployment Flowchart software
combines People, Process, Cost, Schedule, and Documents all on the same screen.

Based on a management model developed by Dr. W. Edwards Deming,
TeamFlow has been used by thousands of companies world-wide since 1988.

The image above is a TeamFlow deployment flowchart.

Hover your mouse over individual objects on the flowchart for an explanation of each, or click this link for a more detailed description of TeamFlow's deployment flowchart.

TeamFlow's "deployment flowchart" process map clearly shows who is responsible for what part of the work, how information flows between team members, which members need to work together to get things done, what support documentation exists for every step of the process, and, if desired, the project schedule and budget.

We invite you to compare TeamFlow’s ease-of-use to any other process mapping software on the market. Try them all and then ask yourself, "What have they forgotten?" (Hint: who’s doing all that flowcharted work?)
As Dr. Deming would tell them, "It’s the Team, stupid!"

TeamFlow Version 9

Thirty years ago, Dr. W. Edwards Deming developed a new tool to help managers deal with the complexities of business process design and documentation. Deming's "Deployment Flowchart" has revolutionized how the world does product development and planning.

Today, Deming's revolutionary new tool is available in an inexpensive desktop software package called TeamFlowTeam-based process Flowcharting.

TeamFlow gives you the three basic tools you need to manage your projects in one easy-to-use package.

  • It is a process flowcharter to map your process in a simple, graphical, easy-to-understand format. You not only see what has to be done, you see who will do the work, and who they have to work with.
  • It is a CPM scheduler. Simply add expected durations to the steps of your process and TeamFlow's CPM Scheduler will calculate Start and Finish dates for each step of your process. Add Actual constraining dates. Advance the Data Date to show actual progress. Schedule in calendar dates or in elapsed time in any period from seconds to years. Display your schedule on the main flowchart or as a Gantt-style bar chart.
  • It is an Activity-based Costing system using a full Work Breakdown Structure. Assign budget and actual costs to detail-level activities. As your project's Data Date progresses, TeamFlow will calculate Cost of Work Performed and Variances and roll the data up all the way to the top level.
Why would you buy three separate programs when you can have all three integrated into one inexpensive, easy-to-use tool?
